Senior Ecology Consultant

Responsibilities:

·        Lead ecological surveys and mitigation strategies

·        Conduct Phase 1/UK Habs habitat and protected species assessments

·        Deliver expert reports including PEA and EcIA

·        Mentor junior team members

·        Provide sound ecological advice to clients and stakeholders

·        Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

·        Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or similar

·        4+ years of consultancy experience

·        Strong field skills in habitat and species surveys

·        Knowledge of UK legislation and planning policy

·        Excellent report writing and communication skills

·        Ideally hold Bat and/or GCN licences

·        Full UK driving licence

·        CIEEM membership (or working towards it)
