Our client’s Environment team in Ireland is a vibrant and diverse group of environmental scientists, ecologists, geologists, and environmental engineers. Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAs): Take the lead on comprehensive EIA projects, managing them from start to finish. You’ll provide regular updates to the environment team director and clients, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

- Project Leadership: Act as the Project Lead on multidisciplinary EIA projects, coordinating various teams and disciplines. Specialization in a specific area related to EIA, such as ecology, noise, or air quality, is a plus.

- Regulatory Expertise: Prepare planning applications, licenses, permits, and annual environmental reports, such as waste licenses. A thorough understanding of Ireland's regulatory environment, including planning and permitting/licensing requirements, is essential.

- Strategic Project Management: Balance client expectations, staff resources, and project deadlines effectively. Prioritize projects and ensure they meet client needs while adhering to timelines.

- Business Development: Engage in proposal preparation and identify opportunities for follow-up work with existing clients. Contribute to expanding Golder's client base and broadening the scope of future projects.

Qualifications:

- Experienced Project Manager: You have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale EIA projects in Ireland. 
- In-depth Knowledge: A solid understanding of EIA and planning laws in Ireland is crucial. 
- Passionate and Ambitious: You are enthusiastic about taking ownership of projects and eager to grow within the team in Ireland.
