Overview:

My client is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer who is looking for the opportunity to utilising their design skills as a part of a multi-disciplinary team on high profile projects. The design consultancy work across a number of different sectors, including retail, commercial, residential, hotel and aviation.

Responsibilities:

* Design of projects from the concept stage through to the construction stage;
* Management of all civil projects from conception to completion;
* Interface with local authorities and stakeholder bodies;
* Development of client relationships;

The successful candidates will need to have:

* Have a minimum of 7-10 years’ post qualification experience and good knowledge and experience of the following areas of civil engineering design:
* Drainage schemes associated with buildings, roads, public realm and landscape projects;
* Highway and pavement design associated with building projects;
* SuDs design systems;
* Flood risk assessments;
* Good knowledge of civil engineering construction principles, design standards and legislation;
* Strong practical knowledge of Civils 3D, PDS, AutoCAD and WINDES.
