Principal Designer

This is an opportunity for a Principal Designer and CDM Consultant to join a small design risk management team within a reputable Birmingham based architectural practice. The role requires someone based in Birmingham with hands on Principal Designer experience, who is looking to develop further.

This is a role that would be well suited to someone with a design background or a construction degree who has the CDM experience to join an established business working on internal projects outside of the typical consultancy environment.

If successful you would be joining a very friendly team who work collaboratively, have excellent staff retention, and make efforts to upskill and develop team members. Currently there is only one head of CDM in the team, so you would be working closely as the number 2 to support the team as it grows.
